Product overview:
1. The TKM02CNC high-precision CNC roller ring grinder is designed for mechatronics as a whole. The control system and the mechanical part are integrated. The rocker-type console is easy to operate, no additional control box is required, and space is saved. The cables of the de-electricity box and the mechanical part interact with each other, and the reliability is improved.
2. The numerical control part of the equipment adopts Siemens 808D ADVANCED industrial numerical control system. The grinding head feeding, table running and headstock rotation are all driven by Siemens AC servo motor. The grinding wheel motor uses an 18.5KW ABB AC motor.
